Dr. Matthew Helfant, Superintendent of Schools
Dr. Helfant started working at Hasbrouck Heights in 2011 as Director of Special Services. In 2014 he was appointed Assistant Superintendent and in 2015 he became Superintendent of Schools.
He earned a Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University. He furthered his education with a Master's Degree from Montclair State University and continued on to earn a Doctoral Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Dr. Helfant is currently in his sixth year as Superintendent of Schools.
