It is with great honor that I take this opportunity to introduce myself.  My name is Rachael Carletto, and I will be joining the district as Supervisor of Instruction and Program for Euclid and Lincoln Elementary Schools.

Education is an absolute passion of mine. I began my career eighteen years ago, as an elementary school teacher, in the Fair Lawn School District.  Although my heart will always belong to students, I realized after ten years in the classroom, I was ready to take on the role of instructional leader.  I continued my career as a Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Little Ferry Public Schools and Carlstadt Public School for the last eight years.  These positions allowed me to work with teachers to develop what students were learning and how to effectively support them in the classroom.  While I loved the districts I worked in, I am beyond excited to join the Hasbrouck Heights elementary administrative team!  This job will provide me the opportunity to combine two passions, working with teachers and being back in the classroom with students watching them learn and develop their skills.

I aspire to maintain a district culture and support an educational program conducive to effective student learning!  I am so excited to be a part of the Hasbrouck Heights school community and grow programs that will ensure success for all learners.  I am eager to promote and build staff professional growth and development, as well as continued teamwork.  I will coordinate my efforts with teachers and students to ensure all learners remain motivated in the best educational environment possible.

    Best Regards,
