Pre School Children:

All students attending a pre-school program must receive an annual Influenza Vaccine and one dose of the  Pneumoccoccal Vaccine.

6th grade students:

Children born on or after January 1, 1997 and entering the sixth grade after September 1, 2008 must receive one dose of:

Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis)

Meningoccocal Vaccine before entering sixth grade in September 2008
