Mrs. Brinker - Lincoln School Principal
I believe that all learning should be connected to real life experiences
to create a foundation for a successful future.
I believe that assessments of all kinds should be examined to
understand teaching and learning.
I believe that authentic learning experiences come from embracing differences in students and teachers.
I believe that every day is a new opportunity for learning.
I value teachers that are inspired to make changes that may complicate their lives, but ultimately enrich them.
I value visibility in educational leadership.
I value educational supervision that recognizes teachers for who they are and
what they bring from their life experience to their craft.
I believe that teacher reflection is just as important as teacher planning.
I believe that students learn from motivated and inspired eduators.
I believe that educators are inspired by motivated and inspired educational leaders.
I believe that effective educational leadership is inspired by the students that are inspired by their teachers.
